Teamshares had a need to create a specialized ATS for the purposes of hiring Presidents for Teamshares Network Companies. I led design, influenced roadmap and philosophy together with my PM and Engineer encouraging quick shipping and fast follow iterations.

In under a year's time, Teamshares Recruiting was able to do the bulk of their work within this product, establishing it as their source of truth for available candidates.
